Liability for content

The pages of our website have been produced carefully. They are constantly kept up-to-date. We cannot, however, be held liable for the content being kept up-to-date. WCE-Services cannot be held liable (includes negligence) for damage or consequential damage arising from the use of our website (or from use of the website not being possible).

Liability for links

Nor can we be held liable for the links to third-party websites given on our website where we have no influence on content. The respective owner or provider of the pages is responsible for the content of the linked pages. When the links where initially inserted, we checked them to ensure they did not break the law. We could not find any legal violation. Permanently checking their content is unreasonable. If we have precise information on a legal breach, we will remove the corresponding link immediately.

When creating and maintaining our website, we took into account the copyrights of others or made use of licence-free copy written ourselves. Contributions by third parties are designated as such.

The content of our website is also subject to copyright. The duplication, alteration, distribution and any type of exploitation outside the bounds of copyright must be approved by us in writing. Downloads and copies of our website are only permitted for private use.

Data protection

Our offers and services can, as far as possible, be taken advantage of without providing personal information. Personal data (e.g. for orders, registration, the contact form) is collected, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis.

The use by third parties of the contact details that the law stipulates must be included in the credits to send unsolicited advertisements and informative material is prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action if unsolicited advertising material is sent (e.g. spam).
